AlternaSweets offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee on all products purchased from our website. If you don’t love it, we’ll refund your purchase price within 30 days of your original purchase. There is no need to return the item. To request a refund, please email jared@alternasweets.com with “Happiness Guarantee” in the subject. Include your name, email address used when you placed the order and your phone number.
No product returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days.
All sales final on clearance and short-dated items. Clearance and short-dated items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Short-dated items have a “best by” date displayed after the product name and are sold for a reduced price.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
UPS and FedEx charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including – but not limited to – refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for AlternaSweets’ actual cost to ship the package and the return charges.
